I'm extremely fortunate to lead such an interesting and varied life that just keeps getting better. Here's a selection of pictures from my personal photo album. Starting with the most recent pictures, they go further back in time as you scroll down. See if you agree with everyone who says I look younger every year...

2010

January. Backstage at the hit musical We Will Rock You with the two greatest guitar legends on the planet. Brian May, left, of Queen and Neal Schon from Journey (who currently have two versions of Don't Stop Believin' in the UK top 10 singles chart). It's a great show, I can't recommend it highly enough for a truly dazzling night out in London.

2009
Video: Click to play. This is the Guinness World Records show for Rai Uno TV in Italy, filmed in May. I first set the record for Most Cosmetic Surgery Procedures in 2000. My record has never been broken and I have just been informed that I remain the Guinness World Record holder for 2010. That's more than a decade - surely a record in itself!
	I get to meet all kinds of celebrities. Here I am at Riegersburg Castle in Austria with the Harry Potter owl!
	What do Oprah Winfrey,Miley Cyrus,Senator Ted Kennedy and I have in common? We have all been "killed" by Wikipedia!
	Coleen in my kitchen! Cooking up some plans with ITV's Loose Women presenter turned Dancing on Ice star and youngest of the singing Nolan sisters.
2008
	My brand-new makeover was revealed in the UK's Daily Express newspaper as a double-page spread on November 24. < Click on the picture to read the article.
	Guinness World Records 2009 launch party, London, 20th November. My record for "Most Cosmetic Procedures" is the only double page spread in the book. And yes, I am still the real record holder, despite various unsubstantiated claims made by self-declared "record holders." According to Guinness, that happens all the time!
	Here is my latest look. I got a lot of emails commenting that I was beginning to look a bit like Bardot. See My Surgery page for more details.
	Modelling a £10,000 couture dress wearing a £750,000 diamond necklace while leaning on a £500,000 sports car at a charity fashion show in Park Lane, London. It's a long way from the backwoods of Ohio!
	July. What was Dave Dee, from legendary British '60s band Dave Dee, Dozy, Mick and Titch, whispering in my ear? The lyrics to their hit song, Zabadak, which go: "Zabadak, kara ka koro ka kara kack, zabadak, shy shy skagalack." (Huh?) Dave invited me to join him on stage in Bad Radkersburg, Austria. We both played in the annual charity Beach Volleyball tournament there the following day.
	At Royal Ascot in June with Ivana Trump. Notice anything different from my previous pictures? I've begun another extreme makeover. Watch this face...
	London's cool new Mayor Boris Johnson at the 1st Anniversary party of Altitude 360 in Millbank Tower, Westminster.
	Celebrating the New Year in London with beautiful and talented film star Tara Reid, best known for her starring roles in The Big Lebowski and American Pie.
2007
	On the banks of the River Thames with the lovely Hollywood star and wildlife conservationist Stefanie Powers. She uses my Professional Performance Skincare Products as do many other celebrity beauties who have discovered the secret of regular home microdermabrasion. London society magazine The Goodlife rated my range "the most effective microdermabrasion products we have found" and they were the Beauty Editior's choice in June's issue.
	Joan Collins' husband Percy Gibson took this picture at Ivana Trump's summer party in St. Tropez. How does she look in person? Stunning!
	At Chelsea's Bluebird Cafe with Richard and Fred Fairbrass, the charming brothers who are the band Right Said Fred. Their brilliant song "I'm Too Sexy" was a massive worldwide hit in 1991.
	Charity lunch in Mayfair, London with the President of the Heritage Foundation, Rick Wakeman. He's better known as one of music's greatest superstars and keyboard player with the progressive rock band Yes.
	On the set of live morning show "Café Puls" in Vienna, broadcast across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. With presenters Norbert Oberhauser, left and Andreas Seidl, right. I was interviewed about my Professional Performance Skincare Products, which are very popular in the spas there.
	April 15. Two pictures from the Graz Film Festival, where Gary and I were invited to sing our ballad for Austria, called "Hallowed Ground." We sang it for the first time the previous week (see The Ostergala 2007, below) and now have advance bookings into the autumn!
	The Ostergala 2007, Austria's big Easter music festival - which explains the giant bunny on the right side of the stage. 1. Former Flying Pickets singer Gary Howard (with guitar) and I performed a duet that we wrote together about Austria. 2. Afterwards there was a photocall with Gary, me and singer Nik P, right, who is number one in the charts there and shared the bill with us.
	Britain's Daily Express said that I "Help the Beautiful People stay beautiful." Backstage at the filming of Through the Keyhole with Sir David Frost, right. All the celebrities who appear on his popular long-running BBC show this season will receive a goody bag containing Professional Performance Skincare Products.
	Microdermabrasion goes to Westminster. Professional Performance Skincare Products were the goody bag gifts for guests at the Valentine's Day dinner at the House of Lords, hosted by Lord Northbrook, right.
	It's February and the press are still raving about Ivana Trump and Liz Brewer's magical Christmas party. My brand new Professional Performance Skincare Products made their debut in the goody bags. Or as one party guest joked, "Not tested on animals, tested on celebrities instead!". From OK! Magazine: Left, me and Liz. Right, Ivana and Rosano.
	A couple of pictures from the London premiere of "Désaccord Parfait ," the French film out this year that began production in 2005. (Scroll down to the 2005 section to see pictures of Charlotte Rampling and Sir Ian Richardson during the filming.) 1. Antoine de Caunes, who wrote and directed the film - and gave me my first movie role. In his native France he is a much respected actor and director. Antoine is better known to British audiences as the star of the long-running popular television show "Eurotrash" as well as being the UK's favourite and most beloved French guy. 2. Simon Kunz, a warm, generous spirit and huge talent. His mixture of dry British humour and comedic timing mean he is often cast as the archetypical English butler, famously starring with Lindsay Lohan in Steve Martin's "The Parent Trap." He also played the English butler in "Désaccord Parfait ".
2006
	At Ivana Trump and Liz Brewer's star-studded Christmas party with the legendary Liverpool icon, singer and television star Cilla Black. The lilac and white goody bags (far left) for the guests contain all four of my Professional Performance Skincare Products, which were snapped up by some of the biggest names in high society and show business. So don't be surprised if London's A-list celebrities suddenly start to look even more fabulous!
	Ever the music fan, I was thrilled to find myself sharing a table with John Lodge from the Moody Blues at a Christmas charity ball in London. Back in the '60's I played their hit album On the Threshold of a Dream until the grooves literally wore out!
	Backstage with fellow animal lover and cosmetic surgery enthusiast Sharon Osbourne. My singing Leopard cat Cato and I were guests on Mrs. O's hit UK show, where we discussed facelifts and our opposition to the wearing of real fur. Cato sang live for the first time on television and his performance was a huge success!
	Internationally televised celebrity women's football match in Bad Radkersberg, Austria in September. I played midfield (standing 3rd from left). Our team lost 2-1 despite having one of Europe's most famed and accomplished former footballers, Toni Polster (standing, in black), as our coach. Nonetheless it was great fun and I learned how to play football in German!

	Here's a screen capture of my TV acting debut, a BBC drama starring British actor Neil Morrissey (left), which aired in March. Everybody said I was a "natural" - before they remembered who they were talking about...
2005
	Behind the scenes with the most respected and charismatic man in the media, Sir David Frost.He has interviewed the Beatles, six British Prime Ministers, seven U.S Presidents, Prince Charles, Henry Kissinger, Tennessee Williams, Noel Coward, Nelson Mandela...and me!
	In 2005 I embarked on an acting career, starting off with a small part in a BBC drama. Next I landed a role in a major French motion picture called "Désaccord Parfait" scheduled to be released in 2007. This was taken on set (in costume) with legendary screen goddess Charlotte Rampling, with whom I had the privilege of playing opposite in the film.
	Sir Ian Richardson, the knighted Shakespearian actor, movie star and maestro of the mustard commercial was one of my best friends on set. In his long and illustrious career, ironically he may be best remembered for being the limousine occupant who asked another car at the traffic lights, "Pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?".
	I was unexpectedly called onstage for an impromptu performance in Austria with Waterloo (left) and his band. He is Austria’s answer to Englebert Humperdinck!
	Having a royally good time with the Hair to the Throne, the Queen's personal hairdresser and gorgeous Scotsman, Ian Carmichael
	In the kitchen with the adorable celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, whose passion for good food has made him a national hero and global celebrity.
2004
	Uri Geller bent my spoon! Watching him do that up close was one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. We were in Vienna, one of my favourite cities, for the Vera Gala.
	Shirley Bassey's Christmas party. Appropriately, she appears to be standing in front of a very large Goldfinger!
	Campaigning for Compassionate Farming with fellow vegetarian and animal rights supporter, the Absolutely Fabulous Joanna Lumley.
	Guitar legend and rock god Brian May, whom I originally met in 1975 (!) on Queen’s first US tour when they played at a small music club in Ohio, where I worked part time while attending art college.
	With the original Moonwalker, astronaut Buzz Aldrin. This was taken in the Chelsea Physic Gardens at a charity function that I was on the fundraising committee for to benefit the Galapagos Islands and all their endangered plants and animals.
	Backstage at a London fashion show to benefit the Battersea Dogs Home (UK animal charity) with fellow model Queer Eye for the Straight Guy UK stars Julian Bennett and his dachshund Lulu, who appears on every episode with him.
	Heavy metal rules! At The Embassy Club with a very old friend from my rock and roll days, Lemmy the Motorhead frontman. We go waaaaaaay back!
	Well, Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport! At a charity ball with my Australian pal, singer/composer/ artist/television presenter and all round Renaissance man, Rolf Harris.
2003
	In the Green Room before appearing on television with the brilliant and charming Sir Peter Ustinov. Sadly he passed away a few months after this picture was taken.
	In Vienna with Ivana. Lesson: Never wear a white bra under a black dress!
	I'm not worthy! Shirley Bassey won't be losing any sleep over my resurrected singing career!
	Posing with the beautiful Supermodel Caprice, who's young enough to be my daughter!
	With HRH Prince Paul of Romania and Baron Marc Burca, both whom I've known for over 25 years.
2002
	Sitting on JR's knee was one of the high points of 2002! With Larry Hagman in Vienna.
	What's new Pussycat? Guess I wore the right top to appear on TV with Tom Jones!
	Don't go breakin' my glass! Getting smashed with the lovely and mega-talented Kiki Dee.
	At my book launch with old punk rocker pals Charlie Harper (UK Subs) and Knox (The Vibrators).
	And, for contrast, at Royal Ascot with the fabulous Ivana Trump. She's as nice as she is rich!
	Que? Faulty Towers star Manuel the Spanish waiter, otherwise known as British actor Andrew Sachs. We both attend this charity gala every year to raise much-needed research funds for childhood leukaemia.
	The first Bond girl ever, Ursula Andress. A legendary beauty who's stunning as ever.
2001
	Well, it HAD to happen eventually, didn't it? Lunch with Michael Jackson in London.
	In New York City's FAO Schwartz dressed as Barbie with Candice Bergen. Surreal or what?
	On the Howard Stern Show in New York City. He kindly offered me $2,000 to strip, but I declined.
	An evening in London with Jerry Springer. He used to be the mayor of Cincinnati, where I was born.

2000 and earlier
	Backstage with Sarah, Duchess of York after I modelled haute couture gowns with Jerry Hall for her Children in Crisis fashion show.
	A country legend, Rhinestone Cowboy and former Beach Boy, Glen Campbell in Liverpool.
	Was the surgery worth it? Don't ask me while I'm standing on a pier in the French Riviera with Simon Le Bon!
	But I've never forgotten where I came from...
